AUDY RAHMAT

Audy Rahmat is a Lawyer with decades of experience in corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and litigation. He oversees the Firm's general corporate matters as well as its dispute resolution and litigation practice, with a focus on complex commercial disputes arising from high-value commercial agreements and business transactions.

He has acted at all levels of proceedings before Indonesian courts, including the District Courts for general civil and criminal matters, the Commercial Courts for bankruptcy, suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU), and intellectual property disputes, as well as the Industrial Relations Courts for employment-related disputes. He also regularly advises and represents clients during criminal proceedings at the investigation stage before law enforcement authorities.

Audy represents Indonesian and international clients in a broad range of business-related contentious matters, including debt recovery, tort claims, insolvency and restructuring, maritime and shipping disputes, insurance matters, and other commercial litigation. In addition to court proceedings, he has experience acting for clients in domestic and international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.

He has significant experience in insolvency matters, including serving as a court-appointed receiver in bankruptcy proceedings, reflecting his involvement in complex restructuring and insolvency cases.

Earlier in his career, Audy was involved in high-profile special criminal litigation matters, including cases relating to money laundering, corruption, and white-collar crime, during his tenure at a leading Indonesian litigation law firm.

With a practice focused on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, Audy brings extensive courtroom and advisory experience to the Firm and is recognised for his strategic and measured approach in representing clients across various industries, from national enterprises to multinational corporations.
